Feel Less Overwhelmed About Adopting AI
Bring me one messy workflow or the whole tangled business. I’ll tell you what’s ready for AI, what needs fixing first, and what’s perfectly fine just the way it is.
Meet Ruby.
About the founder
I’m Ruby, the Robot Whisperer. I’ve spent 20 years in marketing and the last 10 running my own tattoo studio. I’ve been automating my business for 5 years, with AI doing all the admin work for the past 3. I’ve already made the expensive mistakes in my own shop, so yours doesn’t have to.
The biggest lesson was learning to simplify the work before automating it. Once a process is simple, it’s obvious what to hand to AI, what to keep human, and what to leave alone. That’s what I do for other small business owners now.

Everyone’s telling you to use AI, but nobody’s telling you where it actually fits
Be honest, you’re already paying for at least one AI tool whose only job right now is just to renew itself. If you’re running a business today, these problems will probably feel familiar:
“What if our workflows are too messy to automate?”
“We’re drowning in AI tools, but we don’t know what to automate first.”
“We want to try AI agents, but we don’t know how to do it safely.”
That’s why we don’t start with tools
We start with how your business works, then find the one workflow where AI earns its keep.
Now you can forget the guesswork
No magic to it, just the same three steps every time, whether you bring me one workflow or the whole business. All the deciding happens before anything gets built.
- 1.
Assess
I look at how your business actually runs, and we decide how far to go. Sometimes that’s one workflow, sometimes it’s the whole operation.
- 2.
Map
We get the process out of your head and onto paper, so you can see what should stay human, what’s ready to automate, and what’s fine as it is.
- 3.
Build
I build it and stick around until your team actually uses it. Otherwise, it’s just one more thing you’re paying for and nobody’s using.
Pick your path
You don’t need to know which process is broken before we talk. Start with the recurring problem you can see, or jump ahead if you already have a clear plan.
Bottleneck Mapper
Bring me the one thing in your business that feels stuck. In a free 30-minute call, we’ll find what’s holding it back and what to fix first.
Best for: You know something needs to change, but you’re unsure where to start.
You keep: The recording and your Next Move Map, so you know what to fix first.
Process Redesign
Bring me the parts of your business that eat up time, keep causing problems, or land back on you. I’ll map what’s happening and design a simpler way to run it.
Best for: You know where the frustration lives, even if you can’t name the process.
You leave with: A clear map of your redesigned process and what to change first.
System Build
Bring me the process you want built. I’ll set it up, connect the tools, test everything, and show you how to use it.
Best for: You’ve already simplified and mapped the process and need someone to build it.
You get: A tested process that works across your tools, plus simple instructions and a walkthrough.
Common questions about how this works, what it costs, and what you actually get
The practical stuff. What’s included, how it works, and what happens after you say hi.
What does this cost?+
The first call is free. Anything with a clear scope, like mapping a workflow, has a set price in writing before I start. Bigger builds get a fixed number up front too, so no surprise bills. Tell me what you need and I’ll point you to the price. If you don’t need me, I’ll say so.
How long does this take?+
Timing depends on how much you want mapped or built. We’ll agree on the scope before I start, and I’ll give you a clear timeline up front.
Will you have access to my customer data, and is it safe?+
Only what the job needs, and only while I need it. I work inside the tools you already use whenever practical. You can cut my access the day we finish, and I’ll sign an NDA if you want. Your client list stays yours.
What kind of return on investment (ROI) can I expect?+
I won’t quote you a made up number. We measure what the problem costs you now, hours, missed clients, whatever it is, so you can see exactly what changed. Most projects aim to pay for themselves fast. If I don’t think one will, I’ll say so first.
What’s the catch with the free Bottleneck Mapper?+
No catch. I record it for my social media. You get a Next Move Map, and I get to show people how I find a business bottleneck. Want me to build it after, we can talk. If not, no hard feelings.
You don’t have to figure this out alone
One fix or the whole to-do list. Either way, it starts with saying hi. The first call is free. If I can’t help, I’ll tell you.
