Ruby the Robot Whisperer
Ruby the Robot Whisperer
Bring me one messy workflow or the whole tangled business. I’ll tell you what’s ready for AI, what needs fixing first, and what’s perfectly fine just the way it is.
Meet Ruby.
I’m Ruby, the Robot Whisperer. I’ve spent 20 years in marketing and the last 10 running my own tattoo studio. I’ve been automating my business for 5 years, with AI doing all the admin work for the past 3. I’ve already made the expensive mistakes in my own shop, so yours doesn’t have to.
The biggest lesson was learning to simplify the work before automating it. Once a process is simple, it’s obvious what to hand to AI, what to keep human, and what to leave alone. That’s what I do for other small business owners now.

Be honest, you’re already paying for at least one AI tool whose only job right now is just to renew itself. If you’re running a business today, these problems will probably feel familiar:
“What if our workflows are too messy to automate?”
“We’re drowning in AI tools, but we don’t know what to automate first.”
“We want to try AI agents, but we don’t know how to do it safely.”
We start with how your business works, then find the one workflow where AI earns its keep.
No magic to it, just the same three steps every time, whether you bring me one workflow or the whole business. All the deciding happens before anything gets built.
I look at how your business actually runs, and we decide how far to go. Sometimes that’s one workflow, sometimes it’s the whole operation.
We get the process out of your head and onto paper, so you can see what should stay human, what’s ready to automate, and what’s fine as it is.
I build it and stick around until your team actually uses it. A workflow nobody adopts is just one more thing that renews itself.
Bring me one process you already know is broken, or zoom out and look at the whole business first. Not sure which? Start with the free call and we’ll figure it out together.
Free
Tell me what you do, I’ll pick one thing and show you the fix live. You keep the recording so you can set it up yourself, step by step. No pitch or upsell.
You leave with: a working fix + a video to rewatch
Workflow Build
Bring me the process that keeps breaking. We’ll map how it works now, pull out the decisions your business relies on, and design the version your team and AI can actually follow.
You leave with: a workflow map + decision rules + a clear build plan
Business Audit
We’ll look across the business to find where AI is worth the effort, what needs fixing first, and what should stay human. You get a ranked plan instead of another list of tools.
You leave with: an AI readiness assessment + ranked opportunities + a 90-day direction
The practical stuff. What’s included, how it works, and what happens after you say hi.
The first call is free. Anything with a clear scope, like mapping a workflow, has a set price in writing before I start. Bigger builds get a fixed number up front too, so no surprise bills. Tell me what you need and I’ll point you to the price. If you don’t need me, I’ll say so.
Weeks, not months. I keep the scope small on purpose. One workflow, one clear win. You feel the difference this month, not next quarter.
Only what the job needs, and only while I need it. I work inside the tools you already use, so nothing leaves your accounts. You can cut my access the day we finish, and I’ll sign an NDA if you want. Your client list stays yours.
I won’t quote you a made up number. We measure what the problem costs you now, hours, missed clients, whatever it is, so you can see exactly what changed. Most projects aim to pay for themselves fast. If I don’t think one will, I’ll say so first.
No catch. I record it for my social media. You get a real fix, I get to show people I know what I’m doing. Want me to build it after, we can talk. If not, no hard feelings.
One fix or the whole to-do list. Either way, it starts with saying hi. The first call is free. If I can’t help, I’ll tell you.
